Reviews and appraisals

We perform Reviews and Appraisals to appreciate our team, provide feedback, foster career growth, ensure clear communication, measure performance, and reward high achievers. These processes are key to our team's well-being and the company's success.

Quarterly review

Our quarterly review process kicks off with a self-reflection filled out by the reviewee. The manager adds comments for clarification, and the reviewee makes necessary adjustments. Following this, the manager writes a "manager review" and shares it with the reviewee for offline reading. A 1:1 session is then held for discussion. If applicable, variable pay based on performance is released after the review process.

Appraisal

The yearly appraisal process follows the Q4 review, determining title, CTC, and variable pay adjustments. The reviewee is notified about variable pay payouts, confidentiality, and the signing of relevant documents.
A single-page PDF document is issued post-appraisal, detailing appraisee information, new compensation details, and terms of the appraisal process. Signatures from the appraisee and company leadership are required.
